Dr. John McKnight John McKnight, DDSDr. John McKnight's passion is to help patients to become confident in their smiles while educating them on their importance of oral health. One of the things he enjoys is the one on one time with each patient getting to know them personally. Dr. McKnight has lived in Leavenworth for the past 25 years. He and his wife Jody have two married sons, two daughters and a grandson. He loves spending time with his grandson and eagerly awaits the births of two more grandchildren in 2026. He enjoys outdoor activities like pickleball, hiking and the outdoors in general. He enjoys studying the bible and serving in his church. Dr. John McKnight completed his undergraduate education at the University of Kansas. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Missouri, KC. Upon graduation, Dr. McKnight served 3 years in the U.S. Air Force. While in the military, he completed a one-year advanced education program in general dentistry. He is a member of First District Dental Society, Kansas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.  |
